Kafein Technology Opens Space for Young Talents with Kafein Academy

HR Director Neval Önen, who underlined that as Kafein Technology Solutions, attaches great importance to creating space for young talents and gives priority to their work in this field, said, "With this module we developed for young people in the software industry, we prioritize recruitment processes as well as providing quality training. As Kafein Technology Solutions, we recruit our young talents who meet the criteria and complete the interview simultaneously with their training. This ensures that people are passionately attached to this program without reducing their motivation and ensure the continuity of our communication with our employees. We added value to the Kafein family by adding 100 people who completed their training in 2021. With the 23 percent growth of the sector this year, we aim to create value for our company by reaching more young talents. Our goal is to include 150 or more Z generation in the sector. We are working to prevent the brain drain in the qualified workforce in the software industry. It is our first priority to make every person we touch feel that we are a family here and that we are walking side by side in their personal and career development.”
