Data Touch is a software product aimed at medium and large-scale businesses in the fields of database management and security. Large organizations often struggle to understand what data is stored in their various databases and which applications have access to this data, and when. Data Touch addresses this issue by working in a fully integrated and automated manner. It provides a data inventory by identifying where all data stored in the organization's databases is located, which applications are accessing it, and when. This allows organizations to better manage their data, optimize data access and usage, improve business efficiency, and reduce unnecessary costs. Additionally, Data Touch offers solutions for the protection of personal data. Organizations can implement specific security measures for applications using sensitive data and ensure data security.

Can you provide details about Kafein Technology's partnership with OpenText regarding the Data Touch product?

We had the opportunity to collaborate with OpenText while developing our Data Touch product. This partnership has made Data Touch more user-friendly. When integrated with OpenText products, Data Touch provides customers with a smoother and more effective user experience. OpenText’s strong technological infrastructure, combined with Kafein Technology’s data management and security solutions, delivers a more comprehensive solution to customers. OpenText’s technological capabilities enable Data Touch to function more effectively in areas such as data analysis, data access, and security. Through this partnership, we are offering our customers a more efficient database management and security experience.

We know that your goal with Data Touch is to increase organizational efficiency. Can you explain the benefits provided by your software? What solutions do you offer regarding the protection of personal data with this product?

Data Touch automates the change analysis and data discovery processes to increase organizational efficiency. This allows organizations to better understand which data will be affected by a change, which applications access this data, and how the changes will impact the system. Automating these analyses results in cost and time savings of around 20%. As a result, faulty changes are prevented, data compliance is ensured, and business processes can be managed more quickly and efficiently.
