Could you provide a brief overview of Kafein Technology?

Kafein Technology, a software company that started trading on the stock exchange in 2018, serves national and global organizations in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, tourism, services, retail, and insurance, addressing their technology software and management needs with a team of over 700 employees. Kafein Teknoloji continues to expand its service offerings through its cybersecurity expertise with its subsidiary Karmasis and its cybersecurity solutions brand, All-in Cyber.

How do innovations in the technology world affect Kafein Technology's product development process? How do you aim to use these technologies to offer better solutions to your customers?

As Kafein Technology, we closely follow technological advancements and integrate these developments into our product development process. Technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data enhance our potential to provide more comprehensive, powerful, and intelligent solutions to our customers.

Providing better solutions to our customers by utilizing the latest technologies has always been one of our key goals. In this regard, we integrate technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data into our products to support our customers in optimizing their business processes, ensuring data security, and gaining a competitive advantage. Additionally, one of the most important aspects of our product development process is listening to our customers and, based on the feedback we receive from them, developing our products according to their specific needs.

What need does OpenText's Test Data Management product address for organizations?

In today's software lifecycle, testing processes are becoming increasingly important. Approximately 30% of the working time spent on testing processes goes into the creation of test data. The Test Data Management (TDM) product fully automates the test data generation process in compliance with all regulations. By providing a solution for the secure creation, transfer, and modification of test data that resembles real data, Test Data Management (TDM) allows organizations to generate test data that is independent of real data and fully compliant with regulations. With the collaboration of OpenText, we aim to become the leading technology used for test data management both domestically and internationally.

Finally, what need does your Data Touch product address, how does it work? In which sectors and for what purposes can it be used?

Data Touch is a product in the DSPM (Data Security Posture Management) category. Organizations often don't know the security level and category of the data in their databases, nor which applications are accessing this data, how, and when.

Data Touch works fully integrated and automatically to solve this issue. It provides a data inventory by determining where the data in databases is located, which databases contain it, and which applications access it. This helps organizations better manage the data in their databases, optimize data access and usage, increase operational efficiency, and reduce unnecessary costs. Additionally, Data Touch offers solutions for protecting personal data. Organizations can implement specific security measures for applications using sensitive data, ensuring data security.

Can you tell us about the details of Kafein Teknoloji's collaboration with OpenText specifically regarding Data Touch?

We collaborated with OpenText while developing our Data Touch product. By integrating with OpenText products, Data Touch has become a user-friendly product that provides a more seamless and effective user experience. The powerful technological infrastructure of OpenText, combined with Kafein Teknoloji’s data management and security solutions, offers a more comprehensive solution to our clients. OpenText’s technological capabilities ensure that Data Touch works more effectively in data analysis, data access, and security matters. Through this collaboration, we are able to offer our customers a more efficient database management and security experience.

How does Data Touch enhance organizational efficiency and provide cost advantages? What solutions does this product offer in terms of personal data protection?

Data Touch automates change analysis and data discovery processes to enhance organizational efficiency. This enables organizations to better understand which data will be affected by a change, which applications have access to this data, and what impact the changes will have.

Automating these analyses results in cost and time savings of around 20%. As a result, potential errors due to incorrect changes are prevented, data compliance is ensured, and business processes can be managed more quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, through the personal data protection solutions offered by Data Touch, organizations can implement specific security measures for applications handling sensitive data, ensuring data security.
