Kafein Academy Is Raising Individuals That Add Value To Society

Kafein Technologies HR Director Neval Önen said that they have established an organizational structure that is based on helping in revealing the potential of their employees.

“We have an organizational structure helps in revealing the potential of our employees. Aside from this, we keep up to date with our employees with our periodic questionnaires regarding employee experience and development, and we also support this with various activities and trainings based on what our employees need from us. We recently started up the Kafein Academy Program. Our purpose here is create an education system that blends humane and technological values together, and here we want to raise new individuals that add value to our society. With our various content from different disciplines at Kafein Academy, we offer both professional and personal growth trainings. Our agreements we have with universities and the internship opportunities we offer to our young friends help us in strengthening our bond with them. At every possible point, we try to meet with the young talent and make opportunities to listen to them. By doing so we try to prevent the brain drain that is happening amongst qualified individuals in the software industry.”
