Can you briefly describe the Kafein Internship application and evaluation process?

In my last year of university, I came across Kafein's Summer Internship program on LinkedIn while searching for programs where I could do an internship in order to make a good start to my career. Since the program caught my interest, I wanted to apply and try my luck. After a while, I was sent a test for the technical evaluation phase, which is the second phase of the application. Since the test includes General programming and Object-oriented programming questions, I can say that I easily completed. A few days after I completed and submitted the test, I received an e-mail from HR stating that I had successfully passed the test and that they would like to arrange an interview with me. A few days after my interview with HR, I received an e-mail stating that I was accepted to the Internship program, and thus my Kafein adventure began. 

How would you evaluate our Kafein Internship program, how do you think it contributes to you?

First of all, I think that internship is the most important stage in a student's education life. Because the internship is a good opportunity for the student to gain work experience and show himself before graduation. On the first day of my internship, my team leader appointed two people to mentor me during the internship program. I can say that I am lucky with the mentors assigned to me. During the internship, I was in constant communication with the mentors assigned to me and provided guidance on both the technique and the operation of the work while I was doing my internship interactively. I can say that the Kafein Internship program provides me with the knowledge of what stages a job goes through, how it works and how it is technically developed. 

How does it feel to start working at Kafein after the Kafein Internship?

I can say that it is really happy and exciting to start working in the team that I was involved in the internship program. I think I am really lucky to be able to develop projects with the team that was with me during my internship. While preparing this interview, my first year at Kafein is almost over and I still continue to develop projects with my team with the happiness and excitement of the first day.
