He underlined that it should be one of the first steps to protect data while investing in the transformation journey  and that it is very important that it becomes a part of the DNA of institutions. He stated that the data that is not structured and stored correctly exposes companies to both legal flaws and losing the trust of their customers when they encounter any problems.
