What innovations and expansions have taken place in All-in Cloud’s service portfolio after the AWS business partnership?

With the AWS partnership, we enriched our service portfolio in areas such as migration, modernization, DevOps, AI and ML-based smart applications, and cost optimization. By deeply analyzing our customers’ existing systems, we develop transformation plans tailored to each workload, and we are able to design scenario-based and test-focused migrations. Thanks to infrastructure modernization, performance is increased while the maintenance burden is reduced with container-based architectures and serverless solutions. Especially for SaaS and high-traffic digital platforms, this structure provides speed and flexibility advantages.

Another prominent opportunity for our SaaS-solution-providing customers is our ability to provide technical and strategic consultancy for AWS Marketplace. We give priority to this subject, which has a significant area of development, especially in the Turkish market. On the other hand, we see the potential of benefiting from AWS’s security solutions as an important opportunity for our customers.

How do you provide customized solutions for institutions in areas such as cost optimization, serverless architecture, and container infrastructures?

As All-in Cloud, by selecting the right services through the AWS Well-Architected Framework, we enable institutions to build structures that are both reliable and cost-efficient. While we provide long-term savings in fixed workloads with methods such as Savings Plans and Reserved Instances, we optimize costs in flexible workloads by using serverless and container solutions, where payment is made only for the resources used. Our goal is to align technology with business objectives and provide institutions with both financial and operational advantages.

What investments are being made in technical staff and fields of expertise with the AWS partnership?

This partnership, together with our service portfolio, has also brought about the growth of our talent pool. We are expanding our engineering team specialized in AWS architectures and involving them in advanced training and certification programs. In addition to our competencies in data analytics, modernization, and DevOps, we continue our ability to offer the most up-to-date applications with a separate team we have formed specifically in artificial intelligence and machine learning, which are the fastest-developing technological infrastructures.

How do you foresee this partnership strengthening your position in Turkey and in the global market?

This partnership will strategically strengthen our position both in Turkey and globally with the power of AWS, the most preferred platform in the global cloud market. Thanks to the major investments AWS makes in artificial intelligence, marketplace, and security solutions, we will have the opportunity to significantly expand our existing range of solutions and services.

In this way, we will be able to respond not only to companies seeking infrastructure and data solutions but also to a wider pool of customers with complex needs in artificial intelligence, SaaS commercialization, and security. AWS’s strong infrastructure solutions and expertise in cost optimization will enable us to offer our customers more scalable and economical integrations. Thus, parallel to the increase in our market share, we will stand out as a solution partner capable of meeting various customer needs from a single point.

In which other areas do you plan strategic collaborations in the future?

In addition to our focus on cloud and artificial intelligence, we also attach importance to capturing synergy with AWS in software solutions, which is one of Kafein’s strong areas. With our AWS Marketplace efforts, we have the opportunity to act as both an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) that develops software and applies effective ways to bring it to market, and an ISV Partner that will guide many other institutions to achieve similar results. Therefore, we believe we will make a difference as an AWS partner that can provide comprehensive services in this field and manage many dynamics.

What kind of mission do you adopt as All-in Cloud to support institutions in their digital transformation journey?

For us, each project offers a ground to carry technology beyond today’s needs and bring tomorrow’s potential to life. As All-in Cloud, we act with an approach that places our customers’ strategic business objectives at the center of this transformation. Our mission is to make cloud technology a tool of value creation that directly contributes to the business model and makes a difference. In this direction, we sit down with each business partner, analyze their sectoral dynamics, current structure, and growth plans, and create roadmaps tailored to their needs. We not only move systems to the cloud; we also make costs auditable, build scalable solutions, strengthen security layers, and create a holistic transformation with agile infrastructures. In addition to these, we accelerate the process of incorporating and generating results with the newest opportunities offered by constantly evolving fields such as artificial intelligence into workflows.

In your opinion, which new trends has the rapidly accelerating transformation of cloud technologies over the last 2 years brought along?

The rapid developments in cloud technologies over the past two years have brought fundamental changes in institutions’ technology preferences. With this transformation, three main trends stand out: The first is application modernization. Institutions are now moving away from traditional monolithic structures toward container and serverless architectures that provide more agile and scalable solutions. Secondly, multi-cloud and hybrid architectures are becoming increasingly widespread; according to IDC data, 78% of enterprises aim to gain flexibility and comply with regulations more easily by receiving services from different cloud providers. The seamless integration of services from different providers is becoming decisive for the operational continuity of institutions. The third important trend is the rapid spread of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications on the cloud. According to McKinsey’s 2024 data, more than 90% of these technologies are now offered directly through cloud platforms. This clearly demonstrates that the cloud has become not only an infrastructure but also the center of innovation.

Our partnership with AWS has significantly strengthened our ability to respond to all of these trends. AWS’s solutions that can be developed with serverless architecture, its strengths in workloads compared to other cloud platforms, and its investments in artificial intelligence stand out as factors that accelerate our positioning in the eyes of customers as a technology partner leading these trends.

What concrete advantages has your collaboration with AWS provided in areas such as AI and GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence)?

Artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence are areas in which our customers are quite demanding in terms of following and utilizing them to make a difference in their business processes. However, rapid developments and the abundance of options make guidance to institutions in these areas critical. As All-in Cloud, we consider it important to sustain this journey from starting with strategic consultancy to providing the support needed in implementation. Our team working specifically in artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence is able to work on solutions that will deliver results in many functions such as customer communication, marketing, and human resources processes. Examples of these include Call Center Analysis, Sentiment Analysis, Automated Demand Segmentation, Video Content Summarization, and Accelerated Employee Services usage scenarios. We sometimes also benefit from Agentic AI capabilities, and we believe that all of these solutions will become industry standards in the near future.
