Focusing on exporting its products to international markets and continuing its technology exports, Kafein Teknoloji exported services to the Netherlands, Portugal, Dubai, and the USA in 2022. This year, the company aims to export its R&D projects and expand its operations in new markets, starting with the Turkish Republics. Additionally, Kafein Technology targets growing in the European market with its subsidiaries in 2023.

Kafein Technology, which provides software, software management, turnkey solutions, product development services, as well as cybersecurity solutions to many clients from Turkey and around the world in various sectors such as banking, telecommunications, insurance, and retail, has continued its growth momentum since its IPO. The company closed 2022 with a 47.7% growth, reaching a revenue of 391 million TL. Additionally, it observed an 834% growth in net profit, which amounted to 69 million TL.

Kafein Technology, its growth in the cybersecurity field continues with the establishment of the All-in Cyber cybersecurity solutions department. With a team of 17 people in this department, the company gained 18 new business partners in 2022. Kafein Technology's CEO, Cem Kalyoncu, stated that over 30 new customers from various sectors such as banking, finance, automotive, retail, manufacturing, and energy were served during the period. He also mentioned, "We launched our 'Test Data Management' (TDM) product, which is now included in the global software catalog of global players like Micro Focus (OpenText). Our TDM product began generating revenue for the first time in the fourth quarter of 2022. This strategic step has provided the company with significant momentum in reaching our global target market."

The first sales of the Data Touch and Dataskope products are expected to take place in the third quarter.

Kalyoncu stated that they will continue to develop existing products and launch new ones in 2023, adding: "Currently, the sales preparations for the Data Touch product, which will integrate with Karmasis' Dataskope product developed by our subsidiaries in the cybersecurity field, are ongoing. The Data Touch and Dataskope products will play a significant role globally as they are included in the global product catalog of Micro Focus, which was acquired by OpenText. We expect the first sales of the Data Touch and Dataskope products in the global market to take place in the third quarter of 2023. One of the most significant developments this year was winning the tender for the 'Weight and Balance Project,' a load and balance software used in the service sector. The project aims to create flight loading plans and weight balance forms using current technology. This project aims to ensure more accurate weight and balance planning, fuel optimization, workforce savings, and increased data accuracy through system integration."

On the other hand, Kalyoncu stated that the company had also entered the Azerbaijan market through Karmasis, with service exports made to the Netherlands, Portugal, Dubai, and the USA in 2022. Kalyoncu remarked, "While continuing to export our products to international markets, we will continue to grow by collaborating with institutions through the ongoing digitalization efforts in Turkey." He highlighted that the growth target for 2023, along with the company's group companies, is to achieve over 50% growth, especially with a competitive advantage in cybersecurity.

"Our 'Parkinson Care' application is currently undergoing a patent process."

Kalyoncu, who stated that they plan to increase the 28 ongoing R&D projects and the budget exceeding 17.3 million TL for 2022 this year, said, "In the field of health technologies, which is one of the main areas where the world is investing heavily in technology today, our 'Parkinson Care' application is undergoing a patent process. This application, which can be used by patients, their relatives, and doctors, incorporates data mining, image processing, and artificial intelligence technologies. We believe that this technology will play an important role in tracking the treatment process of this increasingly prevalent disease. This year, we aim to export our ongoing R&D work with the investments we made in Turkey and increase our activities in new markets, starting with the Turkic Republics. Additionally, we aim to grow in the European market with our subsidiaries in 2023," he said.
