Kafein Technology, which has trained 100 people so far and incorporated these talents into its organization, aims to train 150 more young people this year and incorporate them into the sector, and to cooperate with a minimum of 5 universities.

Kafein Academy, which helps them take firm steps into business life with permanent projects, offers programs consisting of expertise, coding and personal development with applied trainings created by expert trainers.

Employment for 100 young people with Kafein Academy provided

Underlining that as Kafein Technology, they care about opening up space for young talents and prioritize their work in this field, HR Director Neval Önen said, “With this module we have developed for young people in the software industry, we prioritize recruitment processes as well as providing qualified training. As Kafein Technology, we recruit our young talents who meet the criteria and complete the interview simultaneously with the training. This ensures that people are passionately committed to the program without demotivating them and ensures the continuity of our communication with our employees. In 2021, we provided value by adding 100 people who completed their training to the Kafein family. With the sector growing by 23 percent this year, we aim to create value for our company by touching more young talents. Our goal is to bring 150 and more Generation Z into the sector. We are also working to prevent the brain drain in the qualified workforce in the software industry. The first priority for us is to make every person we touch feel that we are a family here and that we walk side by side in both their personal and career development.”
