Kafein Technologies went public on May 10th 2018.

It was a joyous occasion at the stock market

On the day of the initial public offering of Kafein Technologies, the software supplier of giants all the stocks made available were sold.

The public offering created sensations in the investment World and made history by being the first successful public offering conducted by the chairman of SEC Ali Fuat Taşkesenlioğlu.

Kafein Technologies ( KFEIN ) increased their capital from 11 million TRY to 18 million. The 7 million TRY increase was offered to the public at the stock Exchange at the fixed price of 4,45 TRY per share.

The demand gathering phase was planned to last 2 days however, all the shares were sold on the first day. In fact, it was later found out that there was an excess of %30 demand for Kafein shares.
