Our disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows:

"Our company, Kafein Software Services Inc.'s Data Security and Governance Product 'DataTouch,' and our 51% subsidiary, Karmasis Information Solutions Co. Ltd.'s Database Activity Monitoring and Prevention Product 'DataSkope,' have entered the product catalog of the global software provider OpenText for global sales. An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement aimed at its inclusion under the Voltage brand in sales listings was signed on April 6, 2023."

Data Touch is a next-generation data lineage software that assists in determining the purposes of identified data usage, usage frequencies, and the parties utilizing it.

DataSkope is a database activity monitoring and prevention product. The product detects, classifies, generates alarms, and reports events occurring within database systems without enabling audit functionality. It ensures access to information on who has accessed sensitive data and performed which operations at what intervals. By utilizing predefined alarm rules, it enables authorities to be informed about events.
